Analytics
We provide analytics for systems under design, and fully operational. For new designs, analytics ensures performance requirements are met. Analysis of operational systems can drive higher performance and identify where operational problems exist, often resulting in extended capacity, delaying expansion.
The xplane analytics experience extends beyond the baggage conveying system, into the flight make-up process and Front of House check-in processes. We use a suite of in-house developed software tools that assist with analysis.
Advisory
Our aim is to simplify operations and process for our clients. We do this by removing the complexity surrounding design and related process’ and by providing understanding that helps our clients to move forward. We perform this by becoming a part of our client’s team, supplementing in-house teams with specialist knowledge.
We provide advisory services across the project or asset life-cycle including: master planning and design, project execution, operational analysis, and assessment of technology needs.
Design
xplane provides conceptual or detailed design and layout services that are supplier agnostic, typically used in the early stages of system design before competitive selection of a supplier. Our CAD services include AutoCAD and Revit. We have an in-house developed native Revit library of equipment components that efficiently integrates with BIM processes. We can provide detailed analytics, modelling and 3D simulation of system designs to ensure operational performance.
Projects
xplane can take on specialist project management tasks or supplement a project management team.
We can perform specialist roles covering the review of technical documentation, production of tender documents, attending acceptance testing, overseeing installation and commissioning, reviewing operational readiness, and assistance managing the go-live transition.
